💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all digital and physical products sold through Rajput Patrika (rajputpatrika.in).
1. Digital Products
All digital products (ebooks, downloadable content, courses, etc.) are non-refundable and non-cancellable once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Payment is successful but the product is not delivered
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Technical issue from our side preventing access to the product
Users must raise a request within 3 days of purchase.
2. Physical Products
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Incorrect item delivered
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with valid proof (images/videos).
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
5. Payment Issues
In case of failed transactions where the amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, users are advised to contact us. Such issues will be resolved after verification.
